WooCommerce needed to communicate with a custom order-management platform while keeping order, payment, customer, shipping and status data in sync.

What I built

Built secure HMAC-authenticated JSON API requests
Created 30% upfront payment workflow through a custom gateway
Synced WooCommerce order status, customer details, shipping and origin tracking
Added retry scheduling, admin sync controls and REST endpoint for app-to-WooCommerce updates
Added waitlist flow for out-of-stock product variations

Technical problem

The website needed car submissions from WPForms to become live frontend listings automatically, without manual listing creation.

What I built

Captured completed WPForms entries through WordPress hooks
Registered a custom post type for cars
Mapped form fields including make, year, mileage, location and uploaded photos
Extracted first image URL from WPForms upload data
Rendered latest cars using a responsive auto-scrolling shortcode slider
