White-label & overflow delivery
Keep the client. Extend the technical capability.
I support digital agencies with custom WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js, integrations, automation, tracking and production recovery—without competing for the relationship the agency built.
Discuss agency capacity
The agency should gain margin and delivery confidence—not another person it has to manage closely.
Clear ownership
A delivery model designed around the agency relationship.
The agency owns commercial strategy and client expectations. I own the agreed technical deliverable. Unknowns are surfaced early, and support responsibility is defined before production.

Before the first project.
Can the work stay under the agency brand?
Yes. White-label, confidential and named technical-partner arrangements can be defined before the project starts.
Will you approach our client directly?
No. Client communication follows the agency agreement. Direct contact happens only when the agency requests it for a defined technical purpose.
Can you help before the agency sends its proposal?
Yes. A technical feasibility review can identify dependencies, unknowns and likely delivery risk before the agency promises a fixed scope.
What happens after launch?
Handover, support ownership and response boundaries are agreed in the scope. The agency can retain first-line client support while I remain available for the specialist layer.
Technical brief
Send the client promise, current build and difficult part.
Include communication boundaries and whether the project may be named publicly. I will review the technical risk before recommending a delivery path.
