Trust and publishing
How public content is prepared, what case studies can prove, and which information stays private.

Shaharyar Feroz is responsible for the public service pages, buyer guides and case-study descriptions. A named external reviewer is added only when a real review has occurred and the person has agreed to be identified.
Case studies use confirmed projects and client-approved public information. Revenue, customer data, credentials, source code, private workflow rules and agency commercial terms are not published without permission. A qualitative outcome is labelled as such when numerical evidence is private or unavailable.
Official documentation is used for platform, search and security claims where appropriate. Publication, modification and review dates change only when the public page or its evidence has been meaningfully updated.
Automation may assist with organisation, checks and drafting. The final public claim, source, scope and confidentiality decision remains a human responsibility. Machine-readable files summarize visible public content and do not contain private implementation details.
Material factual errors are corrected on the affected page. Readers can report a concern through the contact page. A correction does not create permission to publish confidential client information.
