DefektBilCenter: structured vehicle lead workflow

A detailed vehicle-sale form was connected to a structured CRM and communication workflow so the business could process each enquiry from one consistent record.

Business challenge

  • The form contained registration, vehicle condition, images, customer details and selling preferences. The operational problem was preserving that structure when the enquiry moved into CRM and email workflows.

Work delivered

  • I mapped the WPForms fields to the CRM payload, handled offer references and images, connected the workflow with n8n, and supported email and status behavior around the lead.

Operational outcome

  • The business could receive a more complete vehicle lead record with clearer downstream ownership and less repeated entry.

Public verification

  • Public client website where currently available
  • Approved delivery scope listed on this page
  • No unapproved revenue, customer or operational metrics

Evidence note

This case study uses public or client-approved project information. Credentials, customer records and security-sensitive implementation details are not published.

Delivery scope

Complex WPForms field mapping
Vehicle and customer payload design
Image references
Offer-number matching
n8n and email workflow support
01

Data quality

The mapping used explicit field identifiers and business names so registration, mileage, fuel type, defects and customer preferences reached the correct destination.

02

Operational continuity

The workflow was designed around the lead record, not a generic notification email, making it more useful for follow-up and internal processing.

03

Responsible case-study scope

No private lead data or revenue figures are published. The case study explains the technical and operational work only.

04

Public evidence and limitations

The public form and approved project description can be reviewed. CRM records, customer images, field mappings, credentials and private routing rules remain confidential.

No public revenue or customer-performance figure is claimed for DefektBilCenter because commercially sensitive evidence has not been approved for publication.

05

My role and delivery boundary

Technical delivery and production implementation for the approved DefektBilCenter project scope.

This DefektBilCenter case study describes only the work I can confirm; it does not assign me unrelated strategy, marketing or operational responsibilities.
